We offer grass fed beef, pastured pork, pastured eggs and chickens and pure New York maple syrup at our 200 acre farm located in the town of Carlisle in Schoharie County, New York.
We are committed to sustainable farming methods and believe in raising our animals as close to nature and as stress-free as possible. We do not use growth hormones or routinely use antibiotics.
Our products are available at the farm by appointment, at the Troy Waterfront Farmer's Market every Saturday morning and at the Schenectady Greenmarket on Sundays from 10am to 2 pm year-round.
